Great brushes for un-important jobs

I find these tend to loose bristles so I might try the tip in another review of tightening the ferrule in a vice before use. I brought mine some time ago so the quality might have improved ?
They are quite soft so when I use them for something viscous like bituminous paint I trim the bristles by a third to a half with a sharp pair of scissors – the brush does not hold as much but make spreading a lot easier.

These great value brushes are even better if you put the metal ferrule (near the bristles) in an engineer's vice and tighten well. For a small effort you definitely won't get bristles on your work so saving time and, who knows, you may even want to clean the brush for another time.

excellent to use on tar / shed type sealants which ruin good brushes , work fairly well with oil paints , if careful you can get a nice finish . If not toss it in the bin .

Great value

Good enough to be used on all but the finest work and ideal for oil based finishes where it is a pain to clean the brush. Will buy more in the future.

New Brush Review

Life's too short to spend cleaning brushes after a hard days work & these inexpensive brushes fit the bill perfectly, simply use once & then throw away!
