In Detail

A great addition to the very popular Arbortech range of products. Using this cutter is just like adding a rotary plane to your angle grinder. Already proving to be very popular with woodcarvers and sculptors it removes stock very quickly and leaves a great finish. Can be used on green or seasoned timber. The three durable tungsten carbide blades hold their edge well but can be easily sharpened using a diamond file when necessary.

100mm diameter blade, attaches to most 100mm(4") and 115mm(4.1/2") angle grinders.

Superb product

I bought this disc to replace a similar product I bought in the States 10 years ago...I use it for debarking chestnut in the production of rustic and cleft gates and it performs superbly...it's an expensive outlay but pays for itself very quickly; Highly recommended.

An excellent & versatile carving tool.

The turboplane blade allows you to remove large amounts of material quickly whilst retaining great control. Easy to get used to and surprisingly delicate if used with care. Retains its edge for a long time. A real step forward for woodcarvers & worth every penny!

A step forward in carving

Fast removal rate and great finish. To create shallow concave shapes as in trays or seats or anything else you can think of, this blade will do the job in a fraction of the time, leaving you a finish ready to be sanded with 120 grit paper, or even 180 when you get the hand for it. Definitely worth the price.
