Excellent value and good quality

A very nice, pocket-sized, tool that I'm sure will be used a great deal. Nice clear scale, accurately ground measurement points. Slide action was initially a little "gritty" when brand new, but this soon wore in to be nice and smooth. Comes with a handy holster to protect it when not in use.

Excellent product

Handy size, simple to use and accurate. I'm very happy I chose this over the digital equivalents. Great value as well.

Great Size Handy Product

Handy sized caliper for putting in my overall pockets, use it nearly every week when offshore for measuring something, good quality and accuracy and great build quality. Had my last one for 8 years but unfortunatley I've laid it down somewhere and lost it, so ordered a new one straight away as I hate walking round without it in my pocket, it always comes in handy!

At last, no more batteries!

Not engineering resolution I would have thought, but bought for guitar making, I was tired of replacing batteries in digital stuff at £XX a pop..
Great sizes for the apron, and more important accurate enough. Was slightly out (about 0.05 mm low) when I got it, but there was enough adjustment (clearance?)both ways available by loosening the vernier scale retaining screws.
Fiddled about for 3/4 tries and it came out fine against my slip gauges, digital 6"caliper and micrometer.
Just needed all the screw tightened a little to take out the slack, and a spot of 3 in 1, to be happy with it, but still give it 5 stars as value for money and convenience.
