Excellent Coolant System, and great value for money

I have had this system a couple of months now and it has transformed my use of my TAIG mini mill.
A reasonable (and controllable) rate of flow ensures that the mill bit is kept clear of chips, and the mill bit is kept clear and lubricated.
I can now confidently mill aluminium and even mild steel on this mini mill.
My increased confidence with this running on the TAIG mill means I'm now milling about twice the speed I was previously.
The quality of the milling is also improved, as the bits stay sharper longer.
My only criticism would be the metal swan neck which has limited flexibility, this combined with its magnetic base meant that in reality I couldn't find anywhere convenient to mount it..
In the end I used a strip of steel, with one end bolted to the TAIG mill head and a hole drilled in the other end to which I passed the inner end of the swan neck before screwing it into the magnetic base.

Coolant pump

Not a bad little pump used on a grinder with lots of muck n filth going through it. Works ok and lifts suds 3 ft with ease. Not a bad flow but ensure you keep it cleaned out and toped up with fluid.

Very Poor

This product worked find for the first few week. Then worked intermittently and how no longer pumps at all. All pipes, pump and components cleaned thoroughly. Potential a good machine BUT FAILED TO WORK AFTER A SHORT PEREIOD OF TIME.
