A chip and coarse dust extractor for extracting from saws, planers, spindle moulders, bandsaws and similar machines in a small workshop. It comes with a cloth filter bag on the top and a plastic waste collection sack bellow. Power comes from a 750W induction motor equipped with a no-volt-release switch and emergency stop button. A single 100mm inlet can be used to connect to machines with a similar sized extraction port. Using smaller diameter hoses will severely reduce the airflow. An unusual feature of this extractor is the floor sweeping attachment which fits to the base of the machine, allowing the extractor to be wheeled around the workshop, collecting waste as it goes. There is a fine filter bag available for use when collecting medium sized dust particles, or alternatively, an optional fine dust cartridge filter can be fitted. The machine is supplied with approximately 600mm length of inlet hose; additional lengths of 100mm hose are available separately. This machine uses waste sack size - 560 x 915mm (340068).

Good extractorGood extractor, bought to twin with the HBS350N Band saw. I also bought the AWEDE2 Filter Cartridge to catch fine dust which seems to be working really well (although I didn't try the cloth bag supplied). The floor attachment might be useful for some people but if the floor in your workshop is uneven like mine then pushing the whole extractor is not easy. Also note that the hose supplied is fairly short so if you want to fit the extractor to a machine then consider buying an extra length of hose - I bought the 2m length which is fine if the extractor is next the band saw. It comes with hose clips but the quick release ones that Axminster sell are excellent if you want to be able to swap the extractor between different machines quickly and easily - and only a fiver - so highly recommended.
