bent from new

i ordered 2 of these clamps, 1 turned up straight the other was a banana. I sent the banana back to be replaced as these clamps are not much cheaper than record same size, only to receive another banana!!! argghh have now given up and kept the banana as i needed to use it that day, very frustrating to have something brand new in such poor shape - i have 50 year old sash clamps in much better shape.
