Rules

This is the object I most pick up in my woodworking workshop. It is nicely made. wonderfully accurate and ridiculously cheap. For gauging wood, setting machines and countless other uses it is indispensible. Alas it is easily mislaid, so buy two 150mm models and one 300mm. The former has a very useful metric/imperial fractions convertor on the back and the latter adds a tap/drill size chart - ideal for the Axminster tap and die set.
