Axminster Rider 5 1/2 plane iron

I bought this for a 5 1/2 Stanley Bailey plane. The original iron had was worn out after 28 years use, I decided to upgrade to the Axminster rider plane iron as it was not much difference in price to a Stanley replacement but was a thicker iron.
It fitted straight into the existing mouth and I was able to use the existing back iron screw. It's transformed the plane. I have ordered up another one for my Stanley 4 1/2.
