GSB 21-2 RCT

Top quality drill. When paired with the right drill bits, this drill breezes through brick and concrete almost as fast as my SDS drill, but with a far reduced risk of blowing the face when breaking through.

This thing is built to last and although a tad expensive for some, is really worth the extra.

The keyless chuck fitted seems to be of better quality than any other I've come across and I have yet to notice any slippage, however unless you plan on swapping for a keyed chuck, it might be worth using DeWalt Extreme 2 drill bits which have a non circular shank to prolong the life of this chuck.
