Inaccurate but decorative

Like previous review, nice to look at but quality dubious. Bought a thermometer, a barometer and a clock insert for a project. Barometer adjusted and is relatively consistent with weather outlook. Clock fine. 1st thermometer arrived broken, free replacement sent but wildly inaccurate. Other morning, Frost on ground but reading 12 degrees C !! Have shelled out another nearly £8 plus £4.50 postage with hope 3rd might be better as don't want one instrument letting the project down..........

Nice but inaccurate (hygrometer)

I bought two a couple of years ago to make a humidor for 2 friends... it was not a top priority project, I opened them a few days ago and one was marking 70%, the other 90... breathing one the one at 90 easily rose above 100%, there is no possibility to register, only opening and "forcing" the spring did something, now one is at 70 and the other at 80,not sure which is which any more... so probably they will use them just as reference to know how much humidity is in the box... they are nicely made and a with a glass dome... so, ok for the look.
