Very disappointing!

My previous Axminster file sander has finally broken after many years of use. It was reliable and effective, and used the rolls of 1" abrasive sold by Axminster. This new file sander comes with no instructions at all, and Axminster has not given any in the "learn how to use it " section offered. I finally went to the manufacturer's website, where they had a video for smaller versions of this file, which apparantly can be refilled using just the pressure of one finger.......This gave me the head's up on how to do it, which seems to be that you press the internal unit in the handle towards the point. I have been able to do this enough to loosen the strip, but have not yet got it out. It takes a lot of strength pushing just to loosen it; I don't know how I will also be able to change or move the strip round. I regularly fell and cut up 60ft trees, so I don't think I am weak. Don't buy it! On the positive side, this is the first piece of rubbish I have ever bought from Axminster.
