In Detail

The whip hose is 1.8m (6') of lightweight and highly flexible hose. It reduces the weight on the user's wrist and the flexibility allows for effortless manoeuvrability of the spray gun. An added feature is that the air through the spray gun is reduced by 10° C (due to the fact the spray gun is now 1.8m further from the turbine). This can often alleviate problems with fast drying lacquers drying too quickly. Tough glass fibre reinforced polymer fittings.

Hose splits regularly

For the price and considering this an OEM product - i can't be right that these hoses split on a regular basis. Surely a better material is needed to stop this ? The hose does improve the handling of the gun but i believe it could be softer and am now looking for a better hose material.

Great for a while

This hose makes life a lot easier but i'm on the 3rd one now and regularly repairing them, can't be right, surely this should be looked at by Fuji.

split hose

Bought the hose, admittedly it does make the spraying easier especially if you are doing it a lot BUT it has split twice - between the clear plastic and blue coil - easy enough to shorten but first time was after a few hours max and second time after about a week. Wouldn't say I'm doing anything special and am an experienced sprayer. Only other observation is that i think this could be easily softer and much more supple, not sure it needs to be as rigid
