Include your name, address, postcode, telephone number and customer number (if you have purchased from us before).
Our 6 digit code of the product that you wish
to purchase, please confirm the voltage.

where you have found the product cheaper.
The advertised purchase price for the competitor
and details of any delivery charges.
Once confirmed, the Price Match guarantee is valid for 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
If the request has been made by telephone, email or Webchat we will verify the Price Match and let you know our decision within 24 working hours.
Once we have confirmed the Price Match and sent you a reference number please call our Customer Service team on 0800 371822 and quote the reference number. Payment will need to be made by telephone to complete your order.
