Working
with Multi-Hole
The
white calcium stearate coating is designed to wear off as you sand
so that dust and wood resin can’t weld its self to the grit
of your abrasive. You will see a change of colour as the lighter
colour coating gradually wears off leaving the aluminium oxide
grit sharp and free cutting. The Velcro style mounting makes it
so quick to change your abrasive and time is money so don’t
be shy - keep changing - work through the grits - don’t flog
a dead horse put a new sheet on when its needed - don’t
lean on the machine, your sander and abrasive were designed to
run at an optimum speed, applying excessive pressure only slows
things down and reduces the quality of the finish – let the
machine and the abrasive do the work.
