8 Piece Centre Punch Set

Stored in a twist lock wooden tub, the punches are easily found and always to hand when needed. Made from high carbon steel and hardened and tempered to BS 3066 for a long working life, the punches have a knurled body for a firm safe grip. Centre punches are normally used to make an indentation in metal prior to drilling to prevent the bit skating off target. Contents include one each of 1/16"(1.5mm), 5/64"(2mm), 3/32"(2.5mm), 1/8"(3mm), 9/64"(3.5mm), 5/32"(4mm), 3/16"(5mm) & 7/32"(5.5mm) punches.
