Axminster Precision Mitre Square
A really beautiful little 45° mitre square with a precision ground body mounted onto a base and secured with two countersunk cap screws. The overlapping base allows the gauge to be located on the edge of the work whilst marking out or to stand upright on a workbench or surface plate and offered up to the work. The gauge can also be used to set up a bevel cut on a bandsaw, circular saw or mitre saw. Comes in a foam lined wooden box. Blade length is 155mm.
