63mm Dust Extraction Kit
A ducting package complete with elbows, blast gates and adaptors for connecting up your machines to a workshop extractor. Simply fix a horizontal pipe to the wall or ceiling with the clips supplied and then take branch pipes to exactly where the extraction points are needed in the workshop, using the T junctions and 63mm flexible hose. Attach a vacuum extractor and away you go! The Kit consists of 8 three foot lengths of tube (63mm diameter), 4 x tee joints, 3 x 45° joiners, 2 x 90° elbows, 16 x pipe joiners, 5 x plastic blast gates, 10 x wall clips and a 100mm to 63mm adaptor. A suitable hose for use with the dust extraction kit is the PVC Superflex hose which is available by 2.5m (200780) and 5m (200781) lengths. If the kit does not have enough components then simply add additional parts from the list below.
Great kit
"This kit makes it easy to duct your vacuum machine to where you want it. With the use of a flexi hose, the vacuum is available for most small fixed and hand held tools around the workshop. There are plenty of fittings to make a substantial installation. I've had mine installed for some time now and it is doing a great job.
There are a couple of negatives however, firstly the orientation of the blast gates is important, in my experience the gate should be mounted vertically, opening upwards otherwise they fill with dust and wont close fully. Secondly all joints need to be sealed somehow, mastic, glue etc. otherwise loss of vacuum becomes a problem. "
