Jet JEB-150 Bench Top Edge Bander
The Jet JEB-150 Edge Bander is built to apply smooth flawless edgings, using banding pre-coated with hot melt adhesive. The heat source comes from a German made Steinel industrial heat gun with a variable temperature control from 100°C to 200°C, to suit different materials and feed rates. A large rear table supports a roll of banding, whilst the main work surface is laminated to ensure the work passes smoothly in front of the pressure roller. Both fences and banding guides are fully adjustable for applying banding up to 55mm wide. The Edge Bander is fitted with a built in knife that cuts the banding a fraction over length prior to a final trim. Comes complete with spring loaded double edged hand trimmer.

""Oh no, here we go again!" was my first thought on this machine, after trying in vain to assemble it - the holes in the rear table not corresponding to those at the back of the machine. Nothing that a bit of filing couldn't cure. Other than that, this machine is fantastic; the speed, quality and consistency of application are superb, I wish I'd have bought one years ago. The double sided trimmer also does a really neat job, quickly and easily."
