Lie-Nielsen Straight Handled Dovetail Saws

This backsaw has a lovely long, turned curly Maple handle and a very fine kerf. The Swedish Spring Steel blade is 0.38mm(.015"), with a 0.07mm(.003") set maximum on each side. 3.2 x 9.5mm(1/8" x 3/8") solid milled brass back. A choice of styles: 15 point rip for dovetailing or 14 point crosscut. They're an exact copy of a British saw made in 1830. Every Lie-Nielsen saw has been precision filed, set, and test cut in hardwood before it leaves the Maine factory.
