The SXE450 Turbo Tec Duo sander is a restyled and upgraded version of the SXE450 Duo sander a choice for many of our customers ranging from furniture makers, cricket bat makers to boat builders when time and the finish are critical. Although a lighter weight motor has been fitted with a lower wattage than the original, improved gearing and bearings provide a much better power to weight ratio with vibration reduction which all combines to give you a machine with even better performance and handling. The dual action provides the choice of orbit 2.8 for a fine blemish free finish or 6.2mm for greater stock removal enhanced by the new 'TurboBoost' switchable power to provide even higher stock removal with an 11,000 rpm cutting speed. Abrasive is held by the Velcro style hook for quick switching of abrasive and powered by the 350W variable speed motor. Dust is removed by the 'Intec' dust collection system with an easily cleaned integral filter element. The SXE450 TurboTec PRO pack kit version offers the customer even more value containing 2 x 25 mixed packs of sanding discs, a lambswool bonnet, intermediate disc and polishing sponge all contained in a metabox.
