Spyderco Ceramic Bench Stone

Produced from synthetic sapphires bonded in a ceramic matrix, these stones are the answer to the age-old problem - that of achieving the finest edge in the least possible time. Well almost! Ceramic stones are incredibly hard and little or no wear will ever be experienced, even after a lifetime of use. They can be used dry if necessary, or with oil or water. They leave behind a high polish on the sharpened surface. Each stone is 200 x 50 x 12mm, and supplied in its own ABS case. Caring for the stone couldn't be easier, an occasional rinse in water and a rub over with a nylon pan scourer. Available in medium, fine and ultra fine (rated approximately 800, 1200 and 10,000 grit respectively). These stones will also touch up tungsten carbide tipped tools.
