The five brass clench screws which keep the blade firmly fixed in the comfortably-contoured rosewood coloured hardwood handle allow for any necessary re-tightening over the years. The generous width to the blade guarantees a straight cut and gives plenty of room for re-sharpening. Supplied with a choice of sizes and cuts.
