Wiha Titanium Nitride Coated Bits

In order to resist wear, a bit must be hard and in order to resist breaking it needs to have a certain amount of elasticity to prevent it snapping as the screw tightens. Wiha have introduced this range of bits for trade and industrial use with a hard titanium nitride coating and a Torsion Zone between the tip and the shank which absorbs the shock as the screw is driven home. Bits are available in packets of two, or as sets complete with a magnetic bit holder. Set 370939 (7pce) contains a magnetic bit holder, one each of 1 & 2 point Pozi and the same in Phillips and 5.5mm & 8mm slotted. Set 369777 (11pce) contains a magnetic bit holder, Pozi and Phillips bits as follows; 1 x 1Pt, 2 x 2Pt and 1 x 3Pt, plus slotted bits 5.5mm and 6.5mm.
