Morse Taper Finger Collets

These 3MT collets fit directly into the morse taper of the machine and are used in conjunction with either a 3/8" or 1/2" Whitworth draw bar. By tightening the draw bar the collet is drawn into the morse taper, reducing the bore of the collet and thus tightening it onto the cutter shank. They are not so positive as the auto lock chuck detailed elsewhere but are an excellent low cost alternative. N.B. FC3MT16 and FC3MT58 have 1/2" threads, the others have 3/8".
