Axminster Saw Table Dust Extraction Guard

The Saw Table Extraction Guard provides a two-part solution to the problem of handling large sheets on a saw bench. Firstly, it supports the extraction hose clear of the table to allow wide sheets to pass through uninterrupted and secondly, its 100mm diameter hose can be connected directly to the extractor to give a greater airflow and hence more effective extraction. The guard is intended for use with saws equipped with a right hand extension table and will extend up to 2 metres, giving clearance for even the widest of sheet material. The guard is supported on a tubular steel pillar which stands on the floor alongside the extension table and secured to it with a bracket and bracing rods. The method of fitting the bracket to the saw table depends on the material and construction of the table and there may be some simple fitting work necessary.
