Brennenstuhl Wire & Pipe Detector Drill Handle

With the detector housed in the drill handle it means that this very ingenious wire and pipe detector is always close to hand. The handle has a 43mm diameter hole so it simply replaces the existing one. The detector is housed inside the handle and can either be used in place on the drill or freehand. A series of four red diodes light up when a wire or pipe is detected, a yellow diode shows the position of a live wire, and a green, signals battery low. The unit is resistant to vibration and impact, self shut off after sixty seconds. Requires a PP3 or equivalent 9V alkaline battery (not included - See Batteries for Meters & Instruments within this section).
