Jennings Pattern Screw Bit

Preferred for many years by cabinetmakers said to give cleaner more accurate holes than Irwin pattern bits. The original patent was taken out by Russell Jennings in 1855. A double helix ends in a spiral point with two spurs and twin cutting edges. Traditional square taper tangs.
