Cutting Disc for Weatherseal Aquamac 63

The groove to accept the Aquamac 63 weather seal can be made either using a router cutter with guide bearing (our ref no 910484) or, alternatively, for production runs on a spindle moulding machine by using the Perform cutter disc. The disc, with a bore of either 30mm or 1.1/4", is 170mm in diameter and has 2 tungsten carbide teeth. Aquamac 63 is a popular draught excluder used in the window face rebate, be it casement or stormproof, and is available in either white or bronze. The resistance to decay is excellent as is its resilience to the side effects of today's modern stain finishes. Available in 10 metre or 25 metre rolls.
