Sanford SF-VC1000 Industrial Extraction Unit

An Industrial fully enclosed fine dust extractor designed for continual use. Made to a very high standard with many features that are beneficial to modern workshop safety. The waste materials are filtered and collected on the negative pressure side of the impeller unit. This means that there is no risk of a metallic object hitting the impeller and causing a spark to enter the waste collection drums and cause a fire, the usual cause of fires in dust extraction systems. As an added safety feature a manually operated water sprinkler system comes as standard on this machine and explosion relief doors that vent to a safe area at the rear of the machine. A pressure gauge is fitted as standard to the outside of the fan unit and constantly measures the pressure differential between the filters and the fan and this gives a very good indication that the filters are blocked or need replacing. There is an air operated filter cleaning system, requiring a small air supply.
