After all the building and decorating work is finished it's finally time to lay the carpet. This Knee Kicker/Carpet Stretcher is specially made for the job. Adjustable in length, fitted with a foam filled bumper pad. The business end has both Nap-Grip inserts and extendable steel teeth; a twist dial on top of the head is used to vary the length of the teeth.
