Professional All Steel Chisels

These all-metal bevel edged chisels are specially heat-treated to be extra hard at the cutting edge and less hard at the striking end so that fragmentation during use isn't a danger. Being so slim and having practically no extra thickness at the handle they are wonderful for paring work and because of their length they are great for mortice work on large outdoor woodworking projects, timber frame building, roofing, etc. The in-house forging at the factory gives these a wonderful steel quality, the grinding of these chisels is extremely well done and the edge is specially polished and finished by hand with felt-wheels. The blue soft PVC covered handles add to comfort in use without detracting from the overall usefulness of these chisels. Available only as a 6-piece set contained in a heavy-duty ballistic nylon tool roll, sizes 20, 25, 28, 30, 35 & 40mm.
