A truly useful Multi-purpose drill bit, designed for drilling into all materials including wood, masonry, ceramics, UPVC and even steel. This is achieved by diamond grinding the tungsten carbide tip to produce a multi-material ability. As with all cutting tools, it is essential to clear the waste material quickly and Bosch have achieved this by providing a steep aggressive flute. For strength and to withstand both rotary and all purpose drilling, the tungsten carbide tip is set and brazed into the drill head to precise criteria.
