An eight socket outlet with an integral interference filter, surge suppressor and lightning protection fuse. Designed for use primarily to protect computers and other sensitive electronic equipment from peaks in electrical supply. From our own experience with our computer system during thunderstorms, this type of protection is essential and quite seriously no computer should be used without some form of protection of this type.
