Crescent RapidSlide Adjustable Wrench

Little has changed in adjustable wrench design, since its invention over 100 years ago. Until now, Crescent has replaced the knurled thumb wheel of old with a fast slide adjuster. It can be frustrating when trying to replace the wrench on the nut for a second bite; either it's too loose or too small and needs readjusting. When using the RapidSlide you simply move the slide-button mechanism, easily accomplished single handed and the jaws are a perfect fit every time. The slider will move the jaw over its entire range in a single fluid action. The actual adjustment mechanism doesn't need much force, all that it requires is the jaws fit the nut. RapidSlide is made to the highest quality from forged steel with a hard chrome finish and polished head. A debris shield protects slide mechanism and it features metric and imperial size indicators on the jaw.
