Jet DDS-225 Dual Drum Sander
There is plenty of power in this machine and the robust construction makes it an excellent choice for production sanding. The rear drum is micro adjustable to allow for variations of stock removal. Either 75mm or 100mm wide abrasive strips can be used and changing the abrasive is a quick and straightforward operation. The sanding drums are hard rubber coated guaranteeing best results. The conveyor is guided on jackscrews to maintain accuracy throughout the machine's life. The 2 speed gearbox can match the feed rate to different types of wood, whilst 2 x 100mm dust extraction ports help to create a clean working environment when connected to a suitable extractor.
