Your spindle moulder has to be quick to operate and an absolutely accurate machine that guarantees perfect results time after time. The T20 tooling height is adjusted using the push buttons according to the digital read out, and for ultimate accuracy the speed of adjustment can be set between fast and creep motion. The T20 also features soft start braked motor and the direction of rotation is clear to see and can be reversed. The depth of cut is exactly and easily adjusted according to the digital counter and a separate handwheel quickly sets the position of the whole fence, the infeed fence can be adjusted separately. As an option the fence can be equipped with powerful electronics allowing the direct adjustment of the cutting depth linked with the programmed tooling used reducing set up time drastically. For ring fence work the fence can be removed and replaced very quickly, or if space allows, an optional swing away mount is available again reducing valuable set up time. When rebating the sliding table is the ideal option for the Martin T20, the heavy solid design and the ability to swing through 45° in both directions together with many built in features make the Martin sliding table a unique accessory ensuring ultimate accuracy and safe working when machining cross-sections of timber. The DornFix system, an arbor changing system developed by Martin, comes with the basic T20 and allows the quick interchanging of tooling and stacked tooling options.
