With a marathon dust protected motor, automatic torque limiting safety clutch, high torque and innovative air cooling for the motor these Metabo 125mm grinders are able to work harder for longer and be extremely durable giving a very high level of performance to the user.
The encapsulated safety switch is also a main feature to mention, its prevents the machine being started up accidentally if the power was disconnected then re-connected. The motor is resin coated to make it completely impervious to dust and debris with auto stop carbon brushes to give great efficiency and extended service life. VTC constant speed electronics maintain power and the torque limiting clutch protects the user from dangerous kick back if the machine jams. Air and dust are guided away form the user and vibration is kept to a minimum with an anti vibration handle. Blade changing needs no tools as a Metabo quick nut is included along with a quick lock on the wheel guard.
