Torque, what does
it do for
me?
The Metabo 18V combi has 100Nm of torque. In working terms that means you have more than enough power to drive the largest screws, bore up to 50mm holes in wood and 16mm in concrete without stalling the machine. This is possibly the highest torque machine in its class... we know of no other.

Taking the 18V Metabo batteries this saw has a very serious feel to it... Its cutting power is apparent as soon as you start. Able to cut up to 53.5mm at 90 degrees in a single pass (42mm at 45 degree) cordless saws can drain a battery faster than other cordless tools but on test, 47m of 19mm chipboard in one 2.6Ah battery charge - now that's impressive.
