But don’t be misled as this is no lightweight when it
comes to
performance.
Packed with innovation, the nailer uses the tried and
tested 7.2V Lithium-Ion battery system with an amazing 30 minute
recharge time - that's four times quicker than the competition!
With
roughly 4000 nails fired between charges the nailer has its own
battery level
indicator and error detection system for instant problem fixing.
Choosing the correct nail...
Using standard 34 degree nails Makita supply a new gas cartridge with
each and every Nail
pack (1200 shots per cartridge) so you never run out of
gas when you use Makita nails. Firing 50mm to 90mm long nails (2.9-3.3mm
diameter) there is a huge selection of fixings available from ring
galvanised to smooth galvanised and even stainless ring if you want
them!
Galvanised - the most popular of
nails for general use and good resilience to corrosion
Hot Dip Galvanised - recommended
for all external work with excellent resistance to corrosion
A smooth shank is common for most joints whereas the ring shank
provides a very strong fixing that can be difficult to prise apart.
