Japanese Solid Forged Thinning Shears
These top quality thinning shears or flower scissors are intended for fine trimming such as bonsai, as well as being equally at home thinning grapes in the vineyard. They are drop forged with triangular cross section hardened steel blades, which hold an incredible edge exceptionally well. The blades have a riveted pivot, a coil leaf spring opens the blades once the leather keeper is released. The handles are finished with black lacquer and the blades polished. Overall length 180mm, blades 50mm.
