CMT 22.5 Degree Mitre Lock Cutter Set

With this mitre lock cutter set you can produce octagonal shaped boxes and corner cabinetry without the need for complicated clamping arrangements.
The cutters provide a strong, tight 45° joint without the need for biscuits and loose tongues which can be time-consuming to make and difficult to clamp.
The cutters are easy to set up; height adjustment is not critical, simply adjust your fence so the top edge of the work piece intersects the angle of the cutter where it meets the fence. After your joints are machined the parts can be glued and assembled together using a simple strap clamp.
