Good value, very capable mitre saw
"This is a good deal especially with the stand. The saw is well made although I found the fence wasn't exactly square to the table. Plus trench cuts are only for rough work - there's too much flex in the bars for anything really accurate. I think most SCMS's suffer with this.
But the other features of the saw make up for any deficiencies. The stops are accurate; the controls for the bevel settings at the front are handy; the hold down is very capable (but a little awkward to use); the built in extension tables are great and flat to the table. Even the adjustable handle is good. And most importantly it does what it's supposed to do, with ease and it's accurate.
Beware - it's massive and heavy so make sure you have room in your workshop!
The stand is well made too. but again heavy and it's tricky mounting the saw on it. But still very useful for outside work particuarly."
