Axminster Trade Router Table

A complete package comprising a faced MDF top, phenolic router insert, universal fence and leg stand. This is a robust, versatile router table suitable for use with all heavy duty 1/2" collet and mid sized 1/4"/8mm routers.
Table Top. Cut from faced MDF, the top is pre-machined to take our router table insert and pre-drilled to take the leg stand. The faced MDF top has a 19mm groove to take the accessory mitre fence. Table size 760 x 600mm approximately, the mitre groove is 19mm wide and 146mm from the front edge.
Table Insert We recommend the use of our own table insert which is also supplied with snuggers to ensure that a good tight fit is attained without any possibility of flexing or movement.
There are additional accessories for the router table insert such as the guide bush adaptor and guide bushes, both of which are covered in the Router -Jigs, Accessories & Hardware section. Complete with lead-in pin.
Legs The steel leg set bolts together to form a sturdy stand on which to mount your router table and can be secured to the floor with additional fixings if required. The stand comes flat packed and requires a modicum of self assembly. Height is 800mm.
Router Fence. A very nicely made fence based on a rigid, one piece machined alloy angle plate. With faced MDF side fences adjustable for cutter slot width and supported over their full length this will give accuracy and safe use. Supplied with safety guard and 63mm dust extraction outlet.
Also available are a range of accessories to upgrade this Table: 1- The Axminster cast iron Router Fence with individually adjustable wings increases the accuracy and range of jobs you can carry out. Note, it is necessary to drill 2 mounting holes to mount this fence, and the purchase of the 4" dust outlet is recommended. 2- The Mitre fence, running in the T slot already fitted to the table top. 3- NVR Switch 240V, this allows the control of the router via an externally mounted switch, provided your router's switch can be locked in the running position. 4- Freehand Guard, as it says, for use when freehand routing.
