Axminster Stone Pond with 3 Waterstones

The Axminster Stone Pond consists of three 210mm long by 70mm wide waterstones, each mounted on a rigid base. The bases are joined at their corners by steel clips to form a triangular arrangement. This sits neatly in slots in the moulded plastic tray, containing the water. It allows easy change between grits by simply rotating the group of stones. The coarse stone (220g) is fast cutting for chipped or severely dull blades, the medium (2,000g) sharpens quickly and refines the edge and the fine stone (4,000g) puts on the final polish for a razor like edge.
