Ice bear knife - excellent!
"Took a while to get used to it but these are lovely knives that keep their edge superbly well and I use mine all the time. DON'T sharpen on a steel - it will chip the edge really badly - I strop the edge on a bit of leather with some metal polish on it, and use a waterstone when it needs a bit more work. Do be careful with your fingers though..."
