Axminster Fruit Chuck
Designed for us by David Roberts and based on his years of fruit turning experience, this chuck enables all types of spindle work to be carried out without the timber being marked with the driving dog. It is an excellent drive for repetition turning of square work as the blank is automatically centred in the cone and the lathe need not be turned off when mounting and removing the work. The chuck is mounted on an arbor with either 1 Morse or 2 Morse taper at one end and a JT6 taper at the other. Supplied either with or without the arbor.
