These brushes have full heads of natural bristle (the water based brushes are a blend of natural and synthetic). The bristle is formed, not cut, into a gentle double curve, and then carefully hand trimmed giving them a slight radius both in width and thickness. It is truly amazing the difference it makes when using a brush made with the finest bristle or appropriate mixture, and having been made with such care and attention. Use these for your best work, and look after these brushes, they are sure to become great friends. Two types are available, one best suited for use with oil or solvent based paints/varnishes, and the other designed especially for use with modern water based and acrylic paints or varnishes. Fitted with well-shaped hardwood handles.
