Axminster SDS100 Dust Separator

A quiet dust separator with a 1 micron filtration capacity which can be mounted on top of a dustbin. The low noise level comes from the use of an induction motor which runs with a lower frequency noise than a brush motor and produces a sound more like a low-pitched drone. The separator will fit onto dustbins with a top diameter of 560mm(22") or 610mm(24"), lined if preferred with a suitable bin liner or one of our heavy duty waste sacks (340068) for ease of waste disposal or purchase one of our special purpose made bins c/w carrying handles. The separator is powered by a 750W induction motor which drives a steel fan sucking air in through a 100mm inlet on top of the unit and discharging it through a cartridge filter some 500mm x 200mm in size. In certain instances the unit could be configured differently, venting the air outside the workshop if so required. The unit is supplied with two metres of hose and the filter as shown, but not the dustbin.
