CMT Pivoting Router Fence

This heavy-duty fence consists of an anodised extruded aluminium section incorporating top and side T-slots to take 8mm hex-head bolts for mounting feather boards and guards. Fitted with high-density adjustable nylon faces, it is supplied with three nylon inserts for zero-clearance routing operations, generally when using large diameter cutters. For edge planing and moulding operations, two shimming bars are supplied that fit into 0.8mm and 1.58mm deep grooves in the fence extrusion to bring the out-feed face forward of the in-feed face.
Fitted with nylon clamping blocks that fit into grooves cut in each end of the tabletop, the fence also has a unique pivot arrangement that allows very precise fine cutting width adjustments to be made.
The fence is supplied with a 63.5mm plastic dust port, ratchet handle, sprung pivot pin, transparent cutter guard, nylon clamping blocks, clamping knobs and 3 no-clearance inserts.
