Sabatier Marking Knives

These knives are a combination of ebony handles, brass rivets and blades made from lead hardened XC100 carbon steel. The result is a knife that can be sharpened to a real razor edge, one that will hold its edge, draw a fine line and won't crumble under pressure. The large handle fits most comfortably in the hand. The blades average 70mm long, handles 100mm, but as they are all hand made we cannot be more specific. Available either left or right handed and one knife beveled on both sides which the maker insisted would have hundreds of uses, we agree but to call it a Sabatier utility knife would be doing it a great disservice.
